The start of 2016 has seen us prepare to say goodbye to three staff members and welcome a new member of the team.
Darshan Puri has worked at Crocus Fields for over fifteen years as a member of the night team. He has provided support to over 150 young people over his time with us and he will be sorely missed by the staff and the young people.
Darshan is retiring at the end of March but has already said goodbye to the team due to taking annual leave from February. On behalf of all the staff and the young people at Crocus Fields we would like to thank Darshan for his hard work, energy, passion and commitment to the job. Enjoy every second of your retirement Darshan and keep in touch.
Catherine Freeland has been part of the furniture at Crocus Fields for 25 years. Catherine is and always will be one of the biggest characters we have ever had/will have on the staff team.
Her wonderfully unique character has provided support of the highest quality to a huge number of young people and added to the great atmosphere of the service. We will miss her spontaneity, charisma and zest for life when she leaves, but we wish her all the best in her retirement. Catherine is due to leave the team at the end of February and is looking to spend more time travelling and with her family.
On behalf of everyone at Crocus Fields we wish her all the best for her future.
