Hi everybody, it's Andy here.
We've just had a visit from a lovely group of young people who are taking part in the National Citizen Service. Here is a website which tells you all about them- http://www.ncsyes.co.uk/.
They are going to be raising some money over the next two weeks for our children's fund, with the following arranged events-
-Tuesday 22nd August- a pub quiz at the Ned Ludd pub on Friar Lane at 7pm
-Bag packing at Tesco Top Valley on Wednesday 23rd August between 10-4pm
-Car washing at Tesco Top Valley on Wednesday 23rd August between 10-4 pm
They will also be organising a sponsored parachute jump, and a fun run. Details of these will follow.
