This email has been sent out on behalf of Ofsted
Please find below the links to your Ofsted 2026 Point in Time (PiT) surveys, for which the closing date for submissions is Sunday 22 March 2026.
This email contains 4 unique links below for the following groups:
Children
Parents
Staff
External professionals
These links are exclusive to each establishment. You will receive a similar version of this email for each establishment that you are responsible for.
We encourage all surveys to be completed online where possible. The surveys can be completed on mobile phones, tablets, laptops and computers. We ask providers to do what they can to help children take part in the survey, as you know how the children prefer to communicate. Children’s surveys contain audio links as well as being compatible with most screen readers. The survey should take around 5 minutes to complete and once completed will be anonymous unless identifying details are voluntarily provided.
In exceptional circumstances we are able to email you Word versions of the surveys. If we email you Word versions, you will then need to send the completed surveys back to us, wherever possible by email. If you require Word versions, email: socialcarepitsurvey@ofsted.gov.uk. Please include the name of your setting and URN. We can send Word versions up to 9 March 2026.Any views will remain anonymous at all times.

Please distribute the survey links to the relevant audience groups on our behalf. The survey is open between Monday 2 February and 22 March 2026.
