Introduction
I am a Crocus Fields Outreach worker. In my job I support and encourage the young people to reach their full potential. I help families to work on specific areas that are affective every day life.
I have a BA (Hons) in communication studies and a NVQ3 and 4 in Caring for Children and Young People.
I like my job because it is amazing to watch young people thrive and I feel that we offer genuine support to families.
I like Crocus Fields because the range of knowledge and ideas helps me to try new ways of working with young people. But most of all, my job is loads of fun!
