Introduction

I am a children's residential social care worker.

I have worked at Crocus Fields since September 2013.

I have fifteen years experience of working with people with autism and additional needs. I have a NVQ3 in Caring for children and young people.

I love working at Crocus Fields because every day is a different day! No matter what happens I always go home with a smile on my face and I'm always excited to go back into work.

The young people bring so much happiness into my life and its an absolute pleasure to walk into work each day.

I like Crocus Fields because it feels like one big family unit. All the staff are so dedicated to the job that they do.

About me

I am good at being organized and tidy. I am an excellent time keeper. Everyone say's I am like their mother! I think I am good at understanding young people's needs.

I love spending time with my daughter and having my son round for dinner. I enjoy watching my daughter play for Notts County (not in the rain though).

I love being at home with my partner and home cooking!
